shipping and returns

After receiving the order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

 

​ Standard shipping

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery time will generally be between 2 - 5 business days.

All orders are shipped with tracking, at the time your order is shipped you will receive all the necessary tracking information.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from the shipping company that will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. 

If you have not received your order within 10 business days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at revoltartciclista@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you. ​
